Everest Base Camp Trek

Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu. Meet and assists in the airport and transfer to Hotel.

Day 2: Full day sightseeing Kathmandu city, Boudhanath and Swyambhunath.

Day 3: Fly Kathmandu-Lukla (2840m). Trek to Phakding (2610m). Approx 3 hours.

Day 4: Trek to Namche (3440m). Approx.6 hrs.

Day 5: Acclimatization day at Namche.

Day 6: Trek to Tengboche (3860m). Approx 5 hrs.

Day 7: Trek to Dingboche(4530m). Approx 5 hrs.

Day 8: Acclimatization day at Dingboche.

Day 9: Dingboche to Labuche (4928m). Approx 5 hours.

Day 10:Trek to Gorakshep (5160m) Hike to Kalapather (5550m). Approx 7 hours.

Day 11: Trek to Everest Base Camp (5316m) and return back to Labuche. (Approx 6 hours).

Day 12: Trek Labuche-Tyangboche (3860m). Approx 5 hours.

Day 13: Trek to Tyangboche- Namche (3440m). Approx 5 hours.

Day 14: Trek Namche-Lukla (2840m). Approx 7 hours.

Day 15: Fly Lukla-Kathmandu (Approx 35 minutes).

Day 16: Leisure day at Kathmandu.

Day 17: Departure transfer.

Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu . Meet and assists in the airport and transfer to Hotel.
Upon arrival in Kathmandu airport you will be welcome by our representative and transfer to your hotel. You will be given briefing regarding your trip. Rest of the day is free at your own.

Day 2: Full day sightseeing Kathmandu city, Boudhanath and Swyambhunath
After breakfast, you will visit Kathmandu durbar square. It is also called the Hunuman Dhoka Durbar Square. It is the public square which contains ancient palaces, temples, statues and streets. After your visit to Kathmandu Durbar Square, you will visit to Swayambhunath which is standing tall on a hill. There is mythological story associated with origin of Swyambhunath. Afterwards, you will visit Boudhnath Stupa which is the holiest place of Buddhists.

Day 3: Fly Kathmandu - Lukla (2840m). Trek to Phakding (2610). Approx. 3 hours
After breakfast, drive to Kathmandu Domestic airport for the flight to Lukla. The flight is 35 minutes flight and will give you opportunity to see spectacular view of mountains. After arriving in Lukla, take a rest sometime at local lodge and trek to Phakding which takes 3 hours. Take a lunch and rest of the day is free at your own.

Day 4: Trek to Namche (3440m). Approx. 6hours
After breakfast, we starts our trek to Namche Bazzar. We cross suspension bridge over Dudh-Koshi river. Today's trekking will be followed by uphills and downhills. Today you will get opportunity to see the Mountain such as Thamserku (6,608m) from the Benkar village. Later, we will reach to Monjo which is also gate to Sagarmatha National park. Our permit will be checked here and records will be kept.

Day 5: Acclimatization day at Namche
After breakfast, you can hike to Everest View Hotel or Syanboche. If you have interest, you can also visit the Sherpa museum to know more about Sherpa culture and tradition and history of mountaineering. Rest of the day is free at your own.

Day 6: Trek to Tengboche (3860m). Approx 5 hrs
After breakfast, trek to Tengboche which takes approximately 5 hrs. You will walk through right of Dudh Koshi Valley to reach Tengboche Monastery at the height of 3860m. The Tengboche monastery is the largest monastery in the Khumbu region. From the premises of Tengboche monastery you can see Mt.Ama Dablam, Mount Everest and numerous other peaks.

Day 7: Trek to Dingboche(4530m).
After breakfast, we will trek to Dingboche with easy walk passing through the forest of birc, fir, juniper and rhodedendron. We will reach Deboche (3.650). After some rest at Deboche we trek further to Pangboche following uphill. After walking 4 hrs from Pangboche, we will reach Dingboche. we will see spectacular view of Mt.Amadablam, Nuptse and Lhotse etc.

Day 8: Acclimatization day at Dingboche.
The whole day is free for the acclimatization. However, if you have interest you can go hike around the Dingboche. Day hike to Chhukung (4730m) would be the interesting place to visit. It takes 3-4 hours.Chhukung is the last settlement in the eastern Khumbu region.

Day 9: Dingboche to Labuche (4928m).
After breakfast, trek towards north. The trail is gradual up for an hours. You will reach Thukla for a lunch following gradual up before reaching Thukla. After Lunch, continue to trek uphill. Once you reach at the top, you will get opportunity to see Mt.Pumari and other peaks west of Everest. After some hours of trek, you will reach Labuche.

Day 10:Trek to Gorakshep (5160m) - Hike to Kalapather (5550m).
After breakfast, trek to Gorakshep. You will walk through rocky path and often followed by wind. After 2 hrs of trek, you will reach Gorakshep. After arrival at Gorakshep, rest for a while. After lunch, in the evening hike to Kalapather to see sunset over the Mt.Everest and descend back to Gorakshep.

Day 11: Trek to Everest Base Camp (5316m) and return back to Labuche.
After breakfast, trek to Everest Base Camp and the Khumbu glacier. It is always nice to follow the guide as trail to EBC changes each year due to the movement of glacier. The walk passed over rocky moraines, dunes and streams. It takes 2.3 hours to get to the Base Camp. After exploring and taking some time to take some memorable photo, you will trek back to Gorakshep and further trek down to Labuche.

Day 12: Trek Labuche -Tyangboche (3860m).
After breakfast trek further down to Tyangboche via Pheriche following the glacier und rocky trials.

Day 13: Trek to Tyangboche - Namche (3440m).
After breakfast, trek further down to Namche retracing the same path.

Day 14: Trek Namche - Lukla (2840m).
Today is the last day of your trek. we will descend a long way before reaching Monju and Phakding. After lunch in Phakding, we walk further to reach Lukla. Approximately, it takes 7-8 hours to reach Lukla from Namche.

Day 15: Fly Lukla - Kathmandu.
After brekfast, fly Lukla to Kathmandu. Rest of the day is free at your own.

Day 16: Leisure day at Kathmandu.
Whole day is free at your own for shopping.

Day 17: Departure Transfer.
Transfer to Airport in time to bound for the flight to your onward destination
