Manaslu Trekking Region is one of the most emerging trekking region of Nepal. It can be taken as the most untouched and unspoiled trekking in terms of number of travelers. It is one of the recent trekking region opened by Nepal Government. You will find diversity in terms of vegetation, climate, culture, flora and faunas in this trekking.
You will get the opportunity to see path adorned with prayer flags, Mani walls, Chortens and Stupa. This activities are very close to the Tibetan Buddhist culture. You can find significant number of Buddhist community in Manaslu Region. People from various ethnic groups are found in this region. Generally, Gurung, Rai, Magar, Limbu people live in this region. Mostly people of this region are engaged in agriculture.

The Tsum valley is another interesting place to visit in this region. The monasteries and Gompas that you see in this trek are architecturally attractive. Various myths are found regarding these places in Buddhists. The most auspicious things in this region are caves, monasteries, places, people and scenic beauty.

Manaslu Circuit Trekking

Day 1: Arrive at Tribhuwan International Airport (KTM) Kathmandu

Day 2: Full day sightseeing of Kathmandu city, Swyambhunath and Patan

Day 3: Kathmandu to Soti Khola (710m/2328ft) via Arughat (695m/2280ft) Duration: 8- 9 hrs

Day 1: Arrive at Tribhuwan International Airport (KTM) Kathmandu
Upon arrival in Kathmandu airport you will be welcome by our representative and transfer to your hotel. You will be given briefing regarding your trip. Rest of the day is free at your own.

Day 2: Full day sightseeing of Kathmandu city, Swyambhunath and Patan
After breakfast, you will visit Kathmandu durbar square. It is also called the Hunuman Dhoka Durbar Square. It is the public square which contains ancient palaces, temples, statues and streets. After your visit to Kathmandu Durbar Square, you will visit to Swayambhunath which is standing on a hill. There is mythological story associated with origin of Swyambhunath. Afterwards, you will visit Boudhnath Stupa which is the holiest place of Buddhists.

Day 3: Kathmandu to Soti Khola (710m/ 2328ft) via Arughat (695m/ 2280ft) Duration: 8- 9 hrs
After breakfast, we will drive to Arughat. Your guide will pick you up at 8:00 am. Then, we will start our 8 hours’ drive to Arughat. We will reach DhadingBensi after four hours and later we will reach Arughat. It takes another 1.5 hours to reach Soti Khola by Public jeep.

Day 4: Soti Khola to Machha Khola (900m/ 2952ft) Duration: 5-6 hrs
Mostly today we will walk through woodland along the Budi Gandaki. Later we will descend to the wide, sandy riverbed. After 5-6hours of trek we will reach Machha Khola.

Day 5: Machha Khola to Jagat (1340m/ 4395ft) Duration: 6 hrs
Once we cross the hot spring at Tatopani, you will find forested area till Dovan Khola. Then we will walk toward the Budhi Gandaki valley. You will find the transformation in scenery as the elevation increases.

Day 6: Jagat to Philim (1700m/ 5576ft) Duration: 5 hrs
After breakfast, trek to Philim. Today trek will provide you great views of Sringi Himal. After descending down to the river and crossing long suspension bridge, we have to climb steeply up to Philim.

Day 7: Philim to Deng (2095m/ 6871ft) Duration: 5 hrs
Today you will see very beautiful waterfalls on the either side of the valley. we will reach Eklebhati. We will cross the river for two time over suspension bridge. we will pass Euwa and we will go through the valley till we reach the valley of Deng.

Day 8: Deng to Namrung (2900m/ 9512ft) Duration: 5 hrs
Today, we will walk bit up hill on a spectacular trail before descending to the river. we will find small villages and climb to a very beautiful valley. we will also see Mani stone prayers on the trails

Day 9: Namrung to Samagaon (3500m/ 11480ft) Duration: 6 hrs
Today you will see the stone gate and the Mani stone wall in Lho village. You wil also get opportunity to view Peak 29 ahead. The excursion to the pungen Glacier will provide you view of Manaslu.

Day 10: Acclimatization day at Samagaon
Today the whole day is free at your own. But we will hike around the Samagaon to make our self fit with the altitudes.

Day 11: Samagaon to Samdo (3690m/ 12103ft) Duration: 3 hrs
Samdo is a Tibetan Refugee Village. It takes only one day to reach Tibetan boder. It takes nearly 3 hours to reach Samdo from Samagaon.

Day 12: Samdo to Dharmashala (4450m/ 14596ft) Duration: 4 hrs
We will cross couple of streams and we will arrive Larkya Bazzar. After 4 hours of walk from Samdo, we will reach Dharmashala.

Day 13: Dharmashala to Bhimphedi (3590m/ 11775ft) via Cross Larkya La pass (5220m/ 17121ft)
We will walk towards Bhimphedi crossing Larkya pass. It takes nearly 8-10 hours to reach the Bhimphedi

Day 14: Bhimphedi to Tilje (2300m/ 7544ft) Duration: 5 hrs
we will walk through the paddy fields. We will pass through small Karche La pass. On the way, we will find rhodendron forest and fig trees.

Day 15: Tilje to Chamje (1410m/ 4625ft) Duration: 6-7 hrs
After breakfast, we will trek to Chamje. we will pass through the beautiful villages of Thonje. Here we will go through police check point for our permit and other official documents. Later we will enter the Dharapani which falls on the Annapurna circuit area. After 6-7 hours of trek we will reach to Chamje.

Day 16: Chamje to Kathmandu (1337m) Duration: 8 hrs
Today we will end our Manaslu Trek and local jeep will takes us to Beshisahar. Then later we will drive to Kathmandu via Jeep.

Day 17: Free day in Kathmandu
The whole day is free at your own for shopping and souvenir

Day 18: Departure transfer
Transfer to airport in time for the outbound flight.
